Who we are
BSAC (Business Systems and Automation Consulting) is based in Ghana. You can contact us about your data atdoiekwabena51@gmail.com.
What we collect, and why
When you take the free assessment
- Your email address and the type of business you run
- Your answers and the scores calculated from them
- Whether you agreed to receive follow-up emails
We use this to understand who takes the assessment and to improve it, and to link your result to an application if you apply. We only send you emails if you tick the follow-up box.
When you apply for the consultancy
- Your name, email address, role and, if you give it, your phone number
- Your business details: name, website or social page, what it sells, its age, size and country
- How your business finds, handles and keeps customers, in ranges you choose
- Your goals and the problem you want solved, in your own words
- Your free assessment result, if you took it in the same browser session
We use it to review your application, prepare the investigation and contact you about it. Your answers are kept in your own browser while you fill in the form, and sent to us only when you press Send.
During a paid engagement
The business information needed for the diagnosis. This is collected only after you agree to the engagement, and is covered by its terms.
How we protect your information
- Your information is used only by BSAC and the services listed below that handle it for us.
- We research your business only after you engage us.
- This website sets only the cookies it needs to work.
Who handles your data for us
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Assessment and application records are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Drive), with access limited to BSAC. Payments are handled by Paystack, on Paystack's own secure page; BSAC receives only the payment confirmation. Client financial information is kept in a restricted folder that only BSAC can open.
How long we keep it
Assessment records of people who stay non-clients are deleted after 24 months, and their applications after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement terms require.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can stop follow-up emails at any time. Email doiekwabena51@gmail.com and we will act on your request.
